Jesús García Arenas

Jesús García Arenas is an attorney with more than 10 years of experience advising clients on energy, oil and gas, and natural resources. He has acted as a transactional attorney as well as a regulatory attorney across Latin America, the United Kingdom, and the EMEA region, supporting companies throughout the lifecycle of energy and industrial projects.

He has advised renewable energy developers, oil and gas service providers, multinational corporations, and public and private stakeholders on contractual structuring, risk allocation, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance matters.

Jesús currently serves as a Practice Lead at Ágora Abogados, where he heads the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Natural Resources practice.

He has worked several years as in-house counsel to first-tier energy and natural resources corporations, as well as several years within the energy and natural resources practices of global law firms.
